If you have a request for review (appeal) or a complaint regarding certification decisions (such as granting, reducing, expanding, suspending, or withdrawing), or regarding Verification/Validation Statements/Opinions (including the content, decision to issue, refusal to issue, amendment, or withdrawal of the Statement), please follow the detailed provisions in the attached document.
